Remediation copy & interface writing

Accessibility findings are often writing problems wearing a technical label — an error message that says "invalid" instead of how to fix it, a link that reads "learn more" out of context, alt text that describes a file rather than a meaning. We rewrite the strings and hand back the exact copy to paste in.

Where it fits. Best when your audit report is full of 2.4.4, 3.3.3 and 1.1.1 findings and your engineers want text, not theory.

For teams already automating

Workflow automation design

A written design for automating a repeated internal workflow — which steps a machine should own, which stay with a person, where the review gate sits, and what it costs to run. Delivered as a specification you can hand to any developer, not a platform you have to buy from us.

Where it fits. Best when a team of under 50 is stitching together several tools by hand and wants to know whether automation is worth it before committing budget.

What we do not do

Published deliberately. A supplier who claims everything is a supplier who has not thought about capacity.

  • We do not remediate your code. We measure, specify and verify. Your engineers ship the fix, then we re-test it — that separation is what makes the verification worth anything.
  • We do not sell or install accessibility overlays. Ever. Here is why.
  • We do not certify anyone against WCAG. No such certification exists. We assess and we sign what we assessed.
  • We do not give legal advice or predict whether you will be sued. We state the rule, the date, and what we measured.
  • We do not take work we cannot deliver on the published timeline. If we are full, we will tell you when we are not.
